About Anchor Point

Austin is the founder of Anchor Point Real Estate. He has over 12 years experience in commercial real estate and manages all aspects of Anchor Point. He specializes in the “in-town” Atlanta markets, working on select brokerage assignments on behalf of private and institutional investors and developers. Since starting his career in 2010, he has completed over $500mm in transactional volume. Prior to forming Anchor Point in 2022, he spent 5 years at Stein Investment Group, a boutique investment and development firm. A native of Atlanta, Austin graduated from the University of Georgia. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and 4 children.
